A. In order to become a member you have to own a homesite or a
home at Talking Rock. There are, however, a limited number of
Invitational Memberships available. Please contact us regarding
current availability.

Q. What are the size and price ranges of
custom homesites?
A: There are a variety of homesites available,
from golf course to view lots, at varying sizes from a
half-acre
to almost five acres. All our homesites have generous
building envelopes.
Currently our homesites are priced from the $200s to the
mid $400s.

Ranch Cottages?
A: The Ranch cottages offer five unique floorplans ranging
in size
from 1960 square feet to approximately 2555 square feet.
With the
unique “bunkhouse” option you get almost 2900 extra square

Q. How did Talking Rock get its name?
A: Talking Rock is named for the nearly 2,000 native Indian
petroglyphs in the Ranch’s Inscription Canyon. In 2002, Talking Rock
donated the ancient petroglyph site to the indigenous Yavapai Indian
Community for preservation and protection from development.
